I have always received good customer service from the receptionist and whoever answers the phone when I called. It does take a long time to get an appointment (other than an emergency appointment), but that was true of my former physician as well. Their lab is also quick and efficient. The woman who took my blood there was the best phlebotomist I have ever come across. I highly recommend this place.
