She is the best! She always patiently listens to what I have to say and answers all my questions about my son.
She takes her time and truly cares about each patient. I'm so glad we found a Dr. we feel comfortable with.
Dr. Franklin is kind, thorough, helpful, supportive and very knowledgeable. We felt fortunate to be able to get our child into her practice, and we like the other doctors in the group as well, which really helps when we need to go to urgent care or Dr. Franklin is booked. Dr. Franklin always seems to remember our child's specific medical history - I appreciate her thoroughness in reviewing notes and charts (or her amazing memory) and being prepared when we see her. I know that's no easy feat!
Dr. Heather Franklin is the very BEST pediatrician we have ever met. My family and I have lived in Bloomington for 8 years now and we have been truly blessed to have her as our primary care physician for all of our 3 children. My son is on the spectrum and every single year he is excited to see her. Dr. Franklin has always supported all the necessary steps we have taken to improve my sons obstacles he faces everyday. She is kind, understanding, and quick to help you with all your children's needs.
I just want to say Thank you Dr. Franklin for all you do. Our family knows that you love what you do and it shows.
We had heard that Dr. Franklin was one of the best around. We feel like we got very lucky when we managed to get her as our child's primary physician, because the good things we'd heard turned out to be true! She's a "baby whisperer"; even on our first visit, she was able to calm our baby down unlike anything I'd seen before or since. Besides that, she really, really seems to be at the top of her field and knows her stuff as well as anyone out there. If it were possible to leave more than five stars, I would. And I might add that we've never had a negative experience with any of the doctors or other staff there and this facility is top-notch all the way around.
