  From the initial screening evaluation, to getting my hearing aids and the follow-ups my entire experience has been great! it has only been a month but people notice me not having to ask them to repeat themselves.
  My brother asked me if I had them in because he couldn't even see them.
  As a physician it will help me not miss things my patients might say to me.
  A COMPLETELY positive experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

  This whole experience has been amazing so far. My ENT was a little wishy washy about whether I should/could get a hearing aid, probably assuming I was young and didn't want to look old with a hearing aid. But, the hearing part was the part I wanted, so I came here for the hearing aid. The test and my conversation with the doc made it pretty clear that yes, a hearing aid would be helpful for me. She was very knowledgeable and could answer questions about my unusual situation that I didn't know the right words to ask.
  
  Then when it came time to get the hearing aid, it was a very easy process. When it came in and I tried it out for the first time, then when I came in for the first follow up, they answered all of my questions, even before I asked them. Everyone is very kind, personable, and helpful.

  Kelly Munn did a great job with instructions and explanations and service for my hearing aids. First rate organization.

  I contacted Southern Indiana Hearing Solutions because I felt that I needed hearing aids. It was easy to make an appointment, and one of their technicians, Kelly Munn, gave me a detailed hearing test to determine the precise configurations of my hearing in each year and then recorded her findings in a computer program, after which she discussed a series of hearing aids and programs from which to choose, advised me as to which ones she felt would best fit my needs, and then ordered a set, which was then produced, and two weeks later I returned to the office to receive them. I tried them for a few days, but felt that there were some issues that needed further consideration, so I was able to then make a next appointment quite soon and subsequently worked with another technician, Grace, who showed me how to modify the device I was using. Ultimately I decided to try a different pair, as the original ones, which were contained deep within the ear canal, had created the impression that my ears were clogged. So Ms. Munn then advised me to try an alternative kind, which was then ordered, and today I tried out the new pair and am really very satisified with these new hearing aids. Thus, I can enthusiastically recommend Southern Indiana Hearing Solutions, because they go to great lengths to tailor the device you will use to make sure that it suits you, your life style, and aids you with your hearing loss. They are a very well trained establishment, knowledgeable, and truly accommodating. I recommend them unreservedly.

  I went in for a hearing test, the whole staff was very nice and helpful, Dr Munn was especially helpful and removed a candle size chunk of wax from each ear!
