  Only took a couple minutes to get in only took 5 or 6 minutes to get his hair done it looks very good thank you great clips

  They are fast and they hard to give you what you ask for. They will trim later if u don't like it. They also have an app to sign in if you like

  My experience with this particular store improved quite significantly in the last few months. I first visited this store some 7 years back and encountered terrible customer service. I vividly remember, I went there 30 minutes before closing time. The lady refused to take me stating it is too late. I decided not to visit ever again. But this store is very close to where I live and I decided to try it again after a few years. Again, I had a bad experience with the lady refusing to honor a coupon. The same coupon was accepted in the East side store. I chided myself and kept avoiding the store until recently, some 6 months back when I decided to give one more try. To my pleasant surprise, I found a couple of stylists from the East side store working here. Also, I found the other staff very pleasing too. They did a great job with my 2 year old too. I went there a few more times and the service has been very consistent. I will continue visiting this store and would happily recommend it to others.
