My call to the office was answered promptly and professionally, and the wonderful lady that I spoke with was both helpful, and courteous. The technician responded quickly, was able to promptly assess the situation and made a professional and timely repair. I'm a manager of multiple apartment communities, and will definitely utilize Riverway's services in the future, as well as recommend them to others. Great company and fabulous people.

(January 17, 2020, 12:42 pm)As i was looking through the reviews, i only saw Dougs name a couple times, so i figured id get on here and gloat about his work, skills, not to mention amazingly good looks. Doug is a perfectionist, so in my opinion everything he does, he makes look amazing! He is the smartest plumber i have met, and can tell people how to do stuff, and exactly what parts will be needed over the phone, and ya know what, he is right on everytime! Not only does he make everything look absolutely perfect, but makes sure its done correctly! I may be a little partial, but he seriously is amazing at what he does!

During their visit they noticed my chimney needed repair & came back the next day & took care of it! Will be recommending them to all.
