Nick and Johanna went above and beyond to help us with a claim after our house was flooded during the installation of a new washer. Since another insurance company was responsible, it wasn't their duty to help us out and despite that they made numerous calls and they supported us through the process. We couldn't have done it without them!!! We are very happy of having somebody that has our back when we need it!
