  Great people to do business with! It started with Stephen and all of his help to find something we liked. We had a difficult corner location and wanted a newer linear fireplace, but there was hardly any product that would fit. Stephen spent a great deal of time researching possibilities for us, and was very patient and helpful with us. He was determined to help us get what we wanted. The installation was first class all of the way. Kevin is a master at installation, and Josh was a great assistant. The installation was very professional, including the floor to ceiling stone wall. They did not take any shortcuts, and did it the right way. We are extremely pleased with our experience. Well done!

  Our experience with economy fireplace was great from the start. We were interested in a double faced fireplace and they were able to get us the fireplace we wanted, while staying within our budget. The crew that came out to install the fireplace was fast and courteous while there. During construction in our new home the remote control was lost and economy fireplace helped us out with a new one going above and beyond what was expected of them. I highly suggest giving them a try for your fireplace needs. Steven at the store is a top-notch salesman and willing to listen to what it is you’re wanting without trying to sell you something you don’t need.

  Tony and Steve at Economy Fireplace are honest, experienced, and really good people. Here's our story: a Chimney Sweep company cleaned our chimney and told us that we had a chimney crack and we could not use our fireplace until a liner was installed. We contacted Tony and Steve from Economy Fireplace for an estimate, and they drove all the way out to our home on the far east side of Bloomington, carefully looked over our chimney, and told us that there was no crack and that our chimney was in excellent shape. They obviously could have made money by giving us an estimate for a chimney liner that was not needed, but they did the right thing, and did all of this at no cost to us. We highly recommend Economy Fireplace! Dena

  Top notch customer service!!! Our unit had an unusual malfunction. Both the individuals back at the store and the tech that came out went above and beyond what one would expect to make sure we were happy...

  I contacted this company to inspect the gas fireplace of a home we are selling after a home inspector reported there was a issue with the exterior gas shut off valve. I needed a prompt response because we were scheduled to close on the house in just a week. I had contacted several different contractors but all were booked or didn't work on gas fireplaces. I was getting panicked because I needed someone familiar with gas fireplace installation to give a second opinion about the condition of my fireplace. Even though Economy's service tech was booked out for several weeks, the owner did not disappoint! He was prompt to respond and he personally came out to my house to inspect my fireplace. He thoroughly explained everything and even put together a short written statement that I could bring to the closing and give to our buyers. I look forward to having this company out to my new house to put in new gas logs in the future.
