    Did Polar Bear Dive at Paynetown Beach. Awesome! Great event coordination by Boys and Girls Club. Beautiful spot! Free hot chocolate and coffee by Panera.

    Camped 4 nights mid October, autumn foliage was beautiful, nice trail to walk my dog. Long wait line at dump station on Sunday with no full h/u's... lots of big RVs.... would definitely camp here again.

    Nice campground on Lake Monroe. Plenty for all that love the Outdoors. HIKING, FISHING. Great area for Geodes and Fossils!!

    Really nice wooded campground, just an amazing setting, one of the favorite patch of woods that I've camped in. Met some great neighbors in Tonya & James & their pups, and friends that visited the campground loved it as well. Only disappointment was that there was an algae warning and so my dog could not get into the lake and risk her drinking the water, which meant no paddle boarding or kayaking for us, so that was a bummer. Great place to stay to watch the football game in Bloomington, Go Bucks!

    We went for the first time 3 years ago. We stayed for a week and everything from the people who worked there to the cleanliness of the whole area and bath/shower rooms made us decide to make it our yearly camping experience! I have recommended it to numerous friends.
