  Top notch service. They came in to the shop the day after Thanksgiving when they were closed in order to allow me to drop off some shotguns for reconditioning. They were extremely knowledgeable and helped me get the biggest bang for the buck. Honest, great service and great work.

  Let me just say, this store will be my new GO TO gun store. not only do they have a variety of guns and knives. The gentleman and his friend in the store are flat out awesome. Dealt with the owner on purchasing a new firearm and man did he hook me up! I will stop here first before going anywhere else for my gun and knife needs from here on. and ask your questions, they’re plenty willing to answer and 100% honest and knowledgeable. Thanks American Arms, youve definitely got my business!

  Gun Smith does great work. Reasonably priced, good turn around time, workmanship is very solid. Willing to special order as needed. First experience was very good, they've earned a customer.

  I bought my first firearm from American Arms recently. I was nervous because gun shops don't have exactly have a reputation with being friendly and customer service oriented, particularly towards Black customers. I walked into American Arms and was welcomed. I was helped within a few minutes of arriving by Scott. I knew what I was looking for, but he suggested a few more options that he thought could work for me also. They were some good options, but I went with the one I came in for. Scott helped get me some bullets and helped get me get a holster that fit the handgun I purchased. It was a smooth transaction all the way through. From what I noticed, the folks there enjoy their job and have fun doing what they do (Scott was wearing a kilt while there, and it it was kinda cool). I HIGHLY recommend American Arms for your firearm needs.Their high rating is truly earned.
