  Steve provided valuable assistance in purchasing the correct SRAM etap shifting system. He also took the time to recommend the correct cassette, bottom bracket, crank to make sure everything fit--a 10 speed to 11 speed conversion. He provided the help and I installed without problems.   I consulted Steve over the course of several months regarding a new Ritchey Outback BAB bike build I wanted for an Australia trip. I found his depth of knowledge excellent: he knows the brand, he knows the Outback BAB capabilities, he knows BAB component selection, he knows more about traveling with a BAB than anyone else I've ever talked to. His recommendations of wheels, calipers, and other components was spot-on. When I ran into a fit issue with one of my components just prior to the trip he didn't hesitate to get me the right part immediately. My experience was 5 star PLUS. Thank you Steve

  Steve and Eric are both top-notch fellows! I've gone to the Wheelchair Dr. for 15+ years for repair and maintenance on my chair and a solution for every problem is always to be had. A friendly voice answers the phone and good conversation is had when receiving service. Great place!

  These guys are great! I had purchased a Fuji Bike frame which was delivered without a Seat clamp. As it was an oval shape it was necessary to get the original seat clamp for the frame. I contacted Fuji who recommended me The Bicycle Doctor to help out. From start to finish, Steve was updating and confirming details at every stage. They sourced the item from Fuji, and back to back sent it to me in Singapore. Talk about service! Small thing, but the bike was unrideable without it. Thanks Steve for dedication and great support!

  You can tell their shop is outfitted for the work they do! They made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer during my wait. There was a piece that was backordered for a special wheelchair we had. They diligently worked to get the part in and get us squared away. We are so grateful for this local business!
