He plans activities for everyone and they all reach out to me to see how we are doing. In addition the Maintenance come quickly and work diligently to fix whatever the problem is and as soon as possible. The Management team, Coordinator and Maintenance staff ALWAYS communicate in depth and until I understand. The area is quiet,kept clean and is beautiful to look at. I mean it doesn't get much better than that. If I could give more than just 5 stars to this place; my home, I would. “We had the privilege of working with Lesa Miller to purchase a home in Bloomington. She was absolutely incredible to work with! She not only very patiently answered our questions and concerns, but she had the legal and technical competencies to negotiate in our favor. She incorporated several items into our purchase agreement that were in our favor such as home inspections, surveys, and other items. She also ensured that each of these items was carried out by the builder. We closed remotely and she went out of her way on multiple occasions to FaceTime with us, check on the home, and she even sent an employee to allow the appliances to be delivered. Lesa was not pushy with us and we never felt pressured, which was a huge relief compared to other agents I have worked with. She guided us through the entire process from placing an offer, to issuing a counter offer, handling inspections, hooking up utilities, having a radon mitigation system installed, etc. Once in the home, she remained very responsive when we had some minor plumbing leaks that needed fixed. I doubt that you will find a more competent real estate agent. With a law degree, MBA, and a real estate license Lesa is extremely well qualified. We were so impressed with the experience that we plan on using her services again if we sell the home! “Absolutely the cutest cabins ever. We rented these 2 cabins out for a couples getaway weekend and we had the time of our lives. Plenty of space each room has it's own bathroom. Hot tubs at each cabin. Kitchen s nicely stocked with cooking gear and dinner plates and all. Literally couldn't have asked for anything else. So wonderful!”
