“We hired Susan Yeley's team to help us renovate our 100-year-old, craftsman’s style bungalow. We also wanted to add on to the back of the house (where the kitchen is located) to create a deck and mudroom. The addition onto the back would also mean we could create a walk-in closet in our bedroom. We had never hired a contractor before so not only did Susan help us with the design, but also helped us hire a contractor. The entire process was so smooth! And even though we had a good idea of what we wanted, Susan and her team helped us get everything just right and made it even better than we had originally planned. We are so pleased with our kitchen, mudroom and walk-in closet (and pantry!) that I would recommend working with Susan Yeley Interiors for any renovation. Our project came in on budget and on time and I would hire Susan Yeley again for any future renovations.”

“I love this store. First of all, there are very few stores that exist in the Midwest that carry both boho chic and vintage clothing so I will travel almost 200 miles from time to time just to shop here. Yeah, they have an online shop (which you should totally check out), so I don't really need to, but half of it for me is the experience of being there. This place has it all- whether you want to look classy hot for a night out or a nice outfit to wear to your grandma's birthday party, you will find it here. The prices are great. I got two amazingly cute and nice-quality tops for under $60. Make sure to shop the sale rack if you are looking for deals! Their regular-priced items are very reasonable for a boutique, too. I have noticed that some of the sizes tend to run a little big, which is not a bad thing but just be aware when you are shopping. I have never had to wait for a fitting room and the staff is always very fashion-conscious and helpful. The new management has kept true to the style and and price range of the old owner. I wish it was still in the old building, but I understand the need to move in order to keep the store alive, and I am so glad it is after all these years.”

I do not charge one rate to a young person and another rate to a elderly, frailing individual. I also realize that when customers don’t know what they want and can’t get professional help from the big box stores, they sometimes “use” the professional services of local, independent owners like myself. They get ideas they like to see in their home and they get the colors and exact name of material and orders the product from the big box stores. Is that professional? Is that ethical? Is it the right thing to do? We have to answer that for ourselves. Am i perfect? “Mike and Logan were awesome! The weather was horrendous (real feel over 100 degrees, direct sun during mid afternoon, and dew point above 80 = extremely humid). I could only afford the service for an hour due to the high price, but am very glad to have had their help - the two of them were certainly worth it. Despite the terrible conditions, Mike and Logan moved quickly, efficiently, and carefully finishing all moving I had hoped to have done. I also appreciated that they called me ahead day of to update me on timing. They showed up promptly when promised. The only thing I wasn't aware of was that travel time was included in the hour I had paid for. This ended up not being a big deal since I was fairly close to the office and their next job, but it is something that wasn't communicated clearly ahead of time by the office assistant that others may benefit from knowing.”
