(March 3, 2021, 1:05 pm)This is my favorite Discount Tire location. The salesman, Kevin is very informative and knows a lot about the products they offer. He was able to help me find a tire that best suited my needs. He works with a great sense of urgency so we’re not waiting forever. The store manager, Caleb is very personable and acknowledged me as I was in the store. Additionally, I noticed that all the employees were practicing social distancing and wearing masks. My car looks better than it ever has with the new wheels and tires and I appreciate the service that Discount Tire did for me!
(December 29, 2020, 10:36 am)End to end process was fantastic. Online ordering of tires and scheduling of installation was a great digital experience - very easy. In the shop and out in less than an hour with appointment. Technicians were personable. Easy 5 stars!!
(December 19, 2020, 3:05 pm)Job well done. Called in advance to check availability and price. Same day service on a busy Saturday, took about two hours. Needed lower end tires since my vehicle is near end of life. Great price, $515 out the door for a large SUV all four tires. (they had several higher end brands available and in stock but this was exactly what I needed). Polite, quick, knowledgeable guys working the desk. I watched through the windows while they did the work. Same story, quick efficient and hard working guys buzzing around the shop, getting along well, looks like they were generally enjoying themselves. Shop is clean and equipment (lifts, wheel balance machines, air tools, etc) looked new and well maintained. Exceeded expectations all around. Good job guys. 👍🏼
