Finley Chapel Cemetery

I really enjoy having Lowes close to where I live. They carry a wide assortment of building materials, tools, appliances and gardening materials.

Items are normally in stock, clean store, just... mostly have to walk many aisles over just to find assistance and then they have to get someone else. Appears Covid Conscious

Kevin and Amelia at customer service were great. Had an issue with my lowes card charges but we were able to figure it out and see the error. In the end I was wrong but they didn't make me feel bad or guilty, we all make mistakes. Glad they were patient with working through the confusion, great example of good customer service!

Been going to this store since the day it opened. It seems to have a revolving door when it comes to employees. For a long time the employees were very helpful and knew you by name. Now if you need help it is hard to find someone willing to help you. You are on your own even when it is obvious you are struggling to find what you are looking for. Don't know if it is management or not.
