I reserved a storage and Shaquita called me the very next day to confirm the reservation and the items that I intend to store. She was extremely detailed and it was determined that I needed a larger storage. I met her 10 minutes after we talked on the phone so she can show me the storage and her level of expertise and customer service was extraordinary. I upgraded to a larger storage and she took the time to walk me step by step through the storage process. I just appreciate her because this entire process of storage and moving can be stressful. I went to get a storage unit and after getting the wrong information over the phone, the store associate Kenyonna did an amazing job of assisting me. Even after store closed she still assisted. Made my visit less problematic she’s great!
