It was a pleasure to work with Charles and his team. He responded quickly to our phone call, came by, gave us a quote, he also explained options that we have. After decision was made, his team showed up the same week. They were well prepared and very organized. The team was very polite and efficient. Our project was finished within one day. After that the team cleaned up area around the house. Overall, we are very happy with the whole process and the outcome - the roof, gutters and downspouts looks great! Highly recommend Taylor made roofing. Chuck was very good to work with. They did what they said they would, when they said they would do it. Roofing crew was some of the hardest working people I’ve ever seen. Cure Gutterring replaced the Gutterring and did an excellent job. While tearing off the old roof there was a slight water leak staining the garage ceiling. After the job was completed ,Chuck had someone repair and paint the whole ceiling at no cost to me. The painter did a great job also. Their dedication to customer service and satisfaction is hard to find these days.

Chuck stepped in after a previous contractor failed to repair my roof. He worked with insurance and got my house fixed up proper.
