Julio and his assistant did a fantastic job on my carpets and upholstery on two chairs and a couch. He arrived on time and was so thorough. He quoted me a very reasonable price before scheduling the appointment and no up selling once he arrived. He was honest and upfront in answering my questions and knew what he was doing, taking extra time when needed for a stain.
