(October 22, 2021, 5:23 pm)I have been there for a chip in the windshield of my car, and to replace a window for my house. For the car, they stayed late on Friday to work with my schedule. Today they helped me at 8:00 a.m without an appointment when they really did not have to. Genuinely nice people, refreshingly outstanding customer service, extremely high quality workmanship. I cannot recommend highly enough.

(March 27, 2019, 6:51 pm)Kendallville Glass has done a great job repairing broken windows for me over the years, I own multiple houses and when a window cracks or breaks, they are quick to respond and schedule an appointment to measure and quote me a price. I had a large living room window that the seal broke on and the gas leaked out. Replacing the window would have cost me over $2,000.00. Kendallville glass repaired it for $600.00 saving me a lot of money! They did an awesome job, it looks brand new!
