(December 11, 2018, 10:40 pm)Looks like a brand new gym. Strength equipment is great. I use the arc trainer for cardio and the new machines feel super cheap. Not a fan. Otherwise, no issues. Locker rooms are nice.
(November 29, 2018, 5:22 am)This place is awesome! It's very spacious, clean & well organized. The staff are very helpful, friendly & do a great job keeping the place together. They have a very wide selection of equipment to use & nice trainer(s) that can help. There's also a board that lists classes you can sign up for (some are appointment necessary). I recommend to get the black card membership (it's only $22.06 a month after tax) because you get access to the spa which includes massage beds/chairs, tanning booths & the Total Body Enhancement booth. The regular membership is about $10 a month. It's really a great place work out, they definitely live up to their "Judgement free zone" standards. Also FYI: they have free pizza the 1st Monday of every month, & free bagles the 2nd Tuesday of every month. Highly recommend!!
(October 14, 2018, 5:45 pm)Such a great place to work out. I'm there nearly everyday (Monday through Friday) and I love it. The machines and equipment are up to date, and the price for membership is perfect.
(October 7, 2018, 9:36 pm)Good room. Great service. Very clean. Polite staff! All simulators are working. Good location with large parking. Very nice to be here. Created a wonderful atmosphere of comfort and coziness. I had a nice time on the weekend. There are many other rooms where everything costs more, but service is much worse. Pleases the price.
