I am so impressed by the professionalism and help that the Cindy from the office has shown me. I have a house listed that needed a septic system inspection and a new septic mound system, which they don't do, but she was awesome and gave me a ton of information that puts me in the right direction. I will call Gene's if I ever need something done. Thank you Cindy for your help and professionalism.
Louie and his staff are excellent. I have used their service for years. They do great work and are very reputable. They are the best service company in the area as well as very nice people. Too bad there were not more trade / service companies in the area like Genes septic service.
Very nice office staff. And the guys that came out where fast and efficient. From the time I called to the time they were done was a little over an hour and a half. Thank you so much for the professional and quick service!
Gene's Sewer & Septic Service are the best in the business! Not only has he pumped out our septic tank, he bailed us out on our sump pump set-up. With Gene's you get personal and professional service at a fair price! I wouldn't use anyone else!
The previous review is garbage. Gene's is a smaller, locally owned operation. They are super friendly and efficient. They may not accept new customers due to overwhelming workload...because they are awesome. Highly recommended.
