I love my Hygienist! I'm older in age so I can be forgetful, she personally calls me and reminds me of my appointments and to take my premed. She takes great care of me! Dr A is amazing as well!
This was my first visit to this dentist. although there was a bit of a wait, I understood this was due to paperwork and insurance so it didn't much bother me. The receptionist was very patient with me as I didn't have all of the insurance information needed. She went above and beyond to call different numbers to make sure I was able to be seen. The hygienist was very friendly ,yet professional. She was very informative on products I should be using. I had no clue I had been brushing wrong which was causing me to have severe sensitivity. My teeth have never felt so clean, she did an amazing job. There isn't much to say about the dentist because I didn't have much interaction other than a few words. Unfortunately, I have to return for fillings so I will then see if the office is well rounded. As for now, I am very impressed with this office and I feel it is important to give feedback , good and bad, when needed. Great job to these girls!
Ive only seen the hygienist for cleanings which I never have to wait. She is friendly and has a warm inviting smile and demeanor about her and my teeth feel amazing when she is through. When the dentist checked me he was down to earth and cracked jokes. I love this place!
This office is AMAZING! from the front office ladies to the girls in the back. They are all genuinely nice and comforting, they always make me feel like I'm the only patient they have. Not to mention the Dentist, I love how funny he is and he goes above and beyond to make the patient happy. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE ALWAYS! I'm never going anywhere else. I'm home here.
