  The lady who helped me was very helpful finding what I need. I had been there several times and she was patient each time. There was no pressure to buy what I didnt want.

  This buying experience was actually exactly the way the TV commercial portrayed it. Kathy greeted us, listened to us and helped us exactly at a very comfortable pace. We actually enjoyed the experience so much that we did not leave and go look elsewhere to compare. We purchased everything that day. I will definitely return another day.

  we went into this Art Van store, and didn't buy anything, but we were looking for a sleeper sofa. The salesman was very helpful and very patient with us as we looked at several. I do think that the quality of furniture in art van is better than some places. I think their prices are a little higher, but then again I think you get better quality. I always believe the adage is generally true that you always get what you pay for. So if you pay a little more for furniture it's probably a little better although that's not always true obviously this Art Van store in Portage was very nice that salesman was very good the store was neat and clean and parking was good and it was easily located easily accessible.
