I made one call and they brought over a dryer that I needed the next day. And he even helped me install and made sure everything was working correctly before he left. It was a huge help and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone trying to find an appliance that isn’t trying to pay the price of a brand new one. 10/10 customer service

Kris was awesome. Contacted him early on a Sat morning, and he was quick to respond, and very informative.
Told him what I was looking for, and he sent a few options/info, and I never felt pressured.
He was able to deliver and install it the next day! Was on time, very clean, and professional.

This place let me tell you hands down amazing, He went above and beyond to make sure my dryer was in perfect condition. After I installed it wrong. And assumed it was the dryer. It was not. It was tape on my hook up job. Lol 😆 oops. He also repaired my washer and both appliances work great thank you! Really he was awesome! And great service instore too

So glad I found this shop! We were on a tight budget and needed to get our mom a dryer for her new place. The shop is awesome! The owner is super responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back and I'm recommending to all my friends and family.

If I could I would have put more than 5 stars if it would let me. Kris was very communicative, professional , descriptive, helpful, very satisfied with pricing, and of course the washer and dryer purchased. Kris came out on Labor Day and delivered and installed both units and even helped me out with the stove and refrigerator. Definitely would recommend Kris and Another Chance Reconditioned to anyone in need of appliance(s)
