Dr Musgrave was right on time.
Checked my new X-rays and with them and physical evaluation. Let me know what a was happening. Took time to give my shots.

Front desk handles a lot of checkin traffic!! Seem to be very patient with the patients checking in answers the same questions repeatedly.

The building seems to need some maintenance freshing up, seems used and where chairs or things damaging the walls.
This is a not really relevant critique, but noticable.

The minute I walked in the door, from check-in staff to seeing the Dr., I felt welcome and respected. Arielle in X-ray was especially nice!

The check in staff was great. Dr Musgrave was helpful, in showing me what would take place for my surgery He took time to explain everything. .His assistant’s were very nice , & kind . I feel like I’m in good hands. I have a peace about my upcoming procedure.
I’m glad I was able to get it scheduled quickly.

Upon entering the staff was friendly and professional they immediately address my concerns. This includes the front desk and X-ray staff. Dr Musgrave is awesome! He listens, questions, and focuses on correcting and or at least make better my injuries. The office is clean they are a A+ medical team. Thank You!
