I have been to this location at least 5 times between myself and my son (4 years old) I have had nothing but great experiences from front desk to physician personal. They diagnosed my sons Pneumonia as well as his scarlet fever as I was unable to get into his pediatrician's office (seperate occasions). The xray tech had extreme patience as my son did not want to stand still for a xray of his chest. I appreciated that as this was his first time ever getting a xray. I went in and was diagnosed with the flu and was treated just fine got my antibiotics and was on my way to feeling better They listened to me specifically on what I had to say for symptoms.
I did not see the same people each time.
I would recommend this urgent care location. -

(March 1, 2018, 8:13 am)Its a doctors office and a urgent care facility. If you want hospital like services I suggest going to the Porter Co hospital down the road. If you want antibiotics for a cold you have, go there. If your arm fell off and you need an ER, don't go there. Some of the reviews for this place are really not applicable to this type of health service. The upstairs of the facility is a make an appointment type of place while the downstairs is urgent care and the other side of the building is xrays and if you have to give blood. These reviews I read, people like complaining for the sake of complaining.

(January 8, 2018, 6:43 am)We had a guest in from out of town that needed medical attention. I loved how the staff took such good care of her! They were efficient but thorough and to the point. Not only did they diagnose quickly but also offered relief just as quickly. Great staff!
