I loved that while my car was in the shop they called every couple days to give me an update on where my car was in the process. The work looks great! Frank is very detailed when he’s going over your car once you come to pick it up, and I appreciate that, because not a lot of people will take that kind of time to do so. No complaints at all. Will recommend this place to everyone.

(September 14, 2018, 11:27 am)On August 9 I was rear ended on my way to my Corporate Office. I have never been in an accident and I was devastated. I bought my Kia at Bosak in Burns Harbor so that is where I immediately took it. I was directed to "Tom and Ed's" which is conveniently located on the property. Let me just say I have NEVER dealt with such amazing individuals. Once I gave them my information, they took care of EVERYTHING and by everything I mean phone calls, paperwork and even making sure I left in a rental car. Since the very first day, they have called me at least twice a week to update me; even for the slightest update. I have felt 100% confident and at ease during this entire process. My car is still there until next week. I am sure it will be perfect when I pick it up. I just want everyone to know if you are looking for the BEST place to take your car....this is the place! I am so thankful for everyone who works there!
