  Went in for severe lower back pain. Dealt with Doctor Bush. He had me laughing within minutes of being there. He ended up treating me and getting me on my way. Absolutely satisfied with this urgent care facility.

  Been there about a half a dozen times by my self or with a family member. I haven't been disappointed and each time we felt like we left with the proper care. I would guess that hundreds of people share the same experience that I've had but only people that have had a bad experience are posting. It leaves you thinking a couple bad post and the place should be out of business, so why go there right?? Well these are all opinions, and you know what they say about opinions. Who ever thought of the select a star public internet rating should have reconsidered before doing society the disservice. For example, I gave them a 5 to bias the 1's because this whole system is based on bias information and not statistical data gathered. So explain to me what's the measure between a 4 and 5 for my own knowledge, so I know how to differentiate between the two. Did you leave feeling almost perfect versus perfect? Probably a simple "I would go here" or "I would not go here" would have sufficed.
  
  Currently I have the flu and I was checking the time they open because "I would go here". That's when I saw the bad review posts. If it will help I will provide an update after the visit.

  Here's some stats, with 3 people in front of me I checked in at 9:14am. Including the 15 minute lab for the flu I'm checked out at 10:30am. The care I recieved was just as good as any place I've been. I will be back for health care needs. The staff was friendly and the facility is convenient.
