  Stephanie is an amazing fitness coach/instructor. She is always implementing new techniques and routines to challenge me as a client. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her sessions. Her expertise in physical mobility and alignment has been a game changer for my personal growth in fitness. She goes above and beyond as a personal trainer.

  Stephanie is amazing! She is so knowledgeable about the body and how it moves and how each movement benefits another component. I'm thrilled with the training I've been receiving and feel better than I've felt in years. I have more mobility and energy too! I was a former athlete that became I'll and would always re-injur my body. With Stephanie that's not happening and I'm finally on the road to recovery!

  Stephanie is "real". She takes a personal interest in her client's wellbeing, not just physically but mentally as well. She strives to know her clients on a personal level. The workouts always have options for modification if one needs it and Stephanie takes the time to explain each move in detail so everyone knows how to proceed without strain or injury. There is something for every fitness level and Stephanie will work with the client to find the best combination that will reach the goals they client is wanting to reach.

  Stephanie is not your average workout instructor, she is 100% real and gets your struggles. She is so patient with your weaknesses and encourages you to strengthen at your own pace, leaving you feeling comfortable and not "good enough". She is not judgemental at all and I promise you she's your girl to get you where you want to be physically and emotionally with yourself. Your missing out if you dont give her a try. She's awesome.

  Stephanie is a wonderful instructor. She motivates you to be your best and the accountability she provides is wonderful. She checks on you after your workouts, which I think adds to her professionalism. Her prices are very reasonable which is icing on the cake!!
