The owners, Allen and Jennifer, will always come out and talk with customers. The are always appreciative of Veterans, giving a discount. The food is AWESOME! The dining room is super-clean. This is THE place to go in Roachdale, Indiana.

(June 16, 2019, 12:58 pm)We met at Hatchet House as a group, and the service was excellent, and their meals we delicious. The best grilled cheese sandwich I've EVER had. We even got to sample their hickory smoked balogna they make for grilled sandwiches. So happy there is a restaurant in Roachdale again. A real Ma and Pa experience. À+
