It's a huge Macy's, which you would expect for Mall of America. Very large collections in all sections. Helpful staff and decent pricing. It's probably the best Macy's location I have been to, all over the country, not just in the Twin cities area.

I like Macy's. The selection is really good. I was greeted by a couple different workers and told them I was OK on my own. One of them pointed out a couple of sale areas to me as her parting comment. I did end up finding a couple sale items to purchase. The workers were friendly but not pushy. They properly wore masks. I also saw a couple of them cleaning surfaces as well. The checkout areas have plexiglass safety dividers. The woman that rang me us was very friendly and very good at her job. I definitely recommend Macey's.

Customer service casual didn't go out their way to help but helped got kind of a feeling that if I had of been dressed in a more upscale way they would have been more helpful... wasn't rude but wasn't friendly either

The staff is helpful, and friendly. Organized well to find what you need easley.
