(November 28, 2017, 11:53 am)Holistic Health and Colonics Center has changed my life! Elena is very knowledgeable in nutrition as well as the hydrotherapy. I was initially intimidated by the therapy, however Elena gently coached me through the process several times and now I feel like a pro! Through the colonics and other therapies at the center I have been able to rid my body of several chronic discomforts that I had struggles with for many years. Now I feel years younger and have shed over 20 lbs! Thank you Elena!!

(April 18, 2017, 11:33 am)Everyone deserves a little retreat for themselves. You have to invest in your self you can't pour from an empty cup! So glad I took the time out of my day to relax and unwind in the sauna. It was just what I needed to distress and feel better! Its in such a beautiful setting too, do yourself a favor and check it out!
