Every aspect of this service was spot on. Entered information on line and got an estimated value. Made an appointment to bring the car in and all the "instructions" were clear and easy to follow. Tom Duffy who helped us was great. Explanations of everything were clear and concise. Once he examined the car and took it for a test drive he made an offer that was a bit lower than what was quoted on line but we were very happy with the amount. Much better experience than trading in at a dealer. We will definitely use this service again if needed.
