From the moment you hit the front door you are treated like family. Even with my difficult name I am typically addressed by my name. I have never waited more than five minutes to be call back even when I’m a bit early for my appointment. I’ve had a couple pretty difficult visits/procedures but I always felt I was in good hands! HIGHLY recommended!
Dr Crandall and staff do a nice job by emphasizing customer service. They will do little things like patient of the month, congratulating a child on an accomplishment or just letting patients like me have some downtime in the chair by not talking. Dr Crandall has watched my kids grow up and has guided me to better health overall.
So, glad I found Dr. Crandall and her staff. This has been an incredible couple of weeks from cleaning, too new crowns and of course a "few fillings" and my final step is invisalign treatment. Dr. Crandall has answered all my questions and concerns to my dental health in full detail from beginning to end!
