We recently went in for a window replacement. Upon installation of the first window the manager noted a very small imperfection in the glass. To be honest, I believe it would have taken some time for us to notice it. When we went to pick up the car she walked us out and showed us the issue. She said she had another window ordered and set us up with another appointment date. No charge at that time. This blew me away, that is incredible customer service in my opinion. Something the installer or company had no direct control of, and they just took every step to make it correct. When we went to get the replacement window installed they took the car in quickly and replaced the window in a timely manner. When we went to pick the car back up I was surprised to see they had replaced it with actual factory glass and not the typical replacement. Again, incredible customer service. I can't say enough good things about how they took care of us. THANKS!!!

Helpful and friendly on the phone. Fast service. I had to have a mirror cut to size. Even mounted it in the frame.

I was out of town for business and my personal truck had a window shattered. When I was notified I checked the internet for the big advertised companies but decided to check the recommendation of my service manager. NEI Glass saved me money and did a phenomenal job of cleanup. I will recommend them to anyone in need of replacement, they have done a great job for me and I'm sure they will do the same for you.
