I live at Ashley Oaks for over 7 years and I loved it. Staff are very friendly, service with a smile always. Maintenance are excellent and really know their job. Very nice and friendly community. I love my neighbors, each one look after each other. It’s a place where you can have easy access to place you frequent, shopping, church. I just love Ashley Oaks. It just happened that I’m able to find a house that checked all the boxes and I feel blessed coz it’s my own. Nice and friendly community, staff and maintenance are superb. Marty is friendly and one happy lady, always smiling. Thank you for having me and I appreciated all you’ve done for me while leaving there. God Bless us all!????????????????????????????????
I love living here, it’s so nice and quite. When you need maintenance they are quick about taking care of the issue. Also they leave no mess to clean up. I love the peaceful wooded area and it’s also so close to all the shopping an restaurants ...in walking distance. Very happy here. Right in the middle of everything.
Very pet friendly and right next to a park
I just moved in and I love it .they were very kind and helpful and made me very welcome when I was applying and I knew I wanted to live here. It’s a very nice location and everything you need is close by ...they’re not kidding when they say “welcome Home “I highly recommend it ...nice and quiet place !
I moved in here 3 weeks ago . The apartment complex is quiet; it is accessible to all major stores like Walmart , Target etc. However, i have found out several maintenance issues after moving in . Good thing is Manager Marty is very nice ; she responded right away , and i believe maintenance will fix my issues soon. I hope to have a great experience here. . Well Just for Update : I reached out to maintenance team and they were pretty efficient and nice sorting out all the issues i had. Thanks to Marty and Ashley Oaks Team :D
My husband and I just moved in last weekend. This place is great, spacious room, quite neighborhood, convenient shopping places, gorgeous pool and nice backyard connected to the baseball park. Also the service is good, manager Marty is sweet and helpful. Repair and maintenance is pretty efficient. Overall, we love this place.
