Brenneco is easy to deal with and very reliable. I would definitely use them again. Cody did a great job!
They fit us in during a busy day for them. Mike was patient, professional, and explained everything we needed to consider to solve our situation. His advice was excellent and I could tell he truly was working with and for us to find the best possible solution. We'd recommend them and would hire them again - no question!
We had s drain stopper that we thought needed replacement, Cody determined that it was the rod not the stopper that needed to be replaced. When he did this the drain was running slow so he checked the trap and would not leave until we told him we were satisfied. This was our second experience with Cody and Brenneco and we highly recommend the company. Rates are reasonable and quality of work very good.
I cannot say enough great things about this company. When Mike came and looked over things told me I should be able to get by with just a vent in pipe....said could augger it but did not think needed. Ended up it did but he could have just said needed at the start. Price was way lower than I was expecting as well which is always nice.
I had a tankless water heater installed at our church. Technician arrived on time, appeared neat and clean and had a very friendly personality. He performed top notch quality work and got the job done is less time than he had estimated. He also left his work area clean. I am a VERY satisfied customer and would definitely recommend Brenneco for plumbing service.
