I had a great visit at Farabee Family Dental! The front office was warm and welcoming! The Hygienist and Dr. were clear in explaining the process and plans for the future! As a new patient, I was happy with my first experience and looking forward to returning for future appointments!
Office is clean and staff is very friendly. I like that they tell you the cost up front so there are no surprises. I like the dentist; he seems very knowledgeable and doesn't try to get you to spend money unnecessarily. They have great equipment and they understand how it is used. The best part is they take the time to explain things to you. Christina was my hygienist and she was excellent.
They took very good care of my six yr old. Made sure he was very comfortable and even let him watch his favorite show while the worked. So kind to me through my questions and helped with all information on future work. I would definitely recommend for family dental work. I will absolutely stay for all current and future dental work for myself and my 4 children
Excellent experience. Went for my dental first visit in about 5 years as a new patient. Filled out new patient paperwork, turned it in, and in about 2-3 minutes was called back. For any doctor's office, this timely nature is great. Would recommend!
Why 5 stars, in gist:
1. Promptness - your appointment time is the time you actually start your appointment. They value your time which means a lot to me.
2. Professionalism - Never felt uncomfortable, nervous, or the like.
3. Kindness - Everyone was very nice and you could tell they worked as a team!
4. Communication - They tell you what they are going to do so nothing catches you by surprise and you know what to expect. Also, they speak in a way you can understand.
I cannot express how much I like this place..the staff is awesome. So positive, so upbeat. The intake (?) lady was very professional and extra informative while being down to earth. The Denist was all the above and put me at ease. He spoke in a way that made me feel we were all in this together. I know I chose the right team to get my dental health back on track!
