I would highly recommend this as a great place for both those who are seasoned in the martial arts to call home, as well as those looking to begin their journey among like minded friends.

He is a man of integrity first and foremost as well as one of the best martial arts coaches and athletes I have known. Ascend and Scott are first-class so get in there and train. We look forward to many years of training. We highly recommend Ascend Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for your whole family for health, fitness, strength training, mental fitness, confidence, and self-defense. It’s much more fun than going to a regular gym :)
