  Very honest and polite staff. Was able to come out and work on my oven with very short notice, o ly took about 20 mins to fix the problem. Will for sure. Call them back with any other problems!

  I am surprised that there would be negative reviews on this company. It's one of the best experiences I've ever had working with a business.
  
  I had a problem with my stove and Michael came out on Saturday morning, 2 days after I called to request help, to diagnose the problem. He called me on the way to let me know how long it would be before he arrived, and he arrived on time. He spent time looking at the stove. I actually had a couple of problems, so he did the estimate on both of them. It wasn't really that important to me to fix one of the problems, and I mentioned that to him. He said that was good to think about because of the age of the stove. I really respected that. So he redid the estimate, fixing only the most important issue that I had. He said he would have to order parts and it would be a couple two or three days. They scheduled the service call to fix the stove within a week and, again, Michael called and told me he was on his way. He was very polite, efficient, diligent and pleasant. Through our conversation, I learned that he is the owner's son, and has been working with his dad for at least 13 years.
  
  Because it would be helpful to know, there was a $45 mileage charge, because I live in Monticello. I'm used to that. It's a one-time charge, so if they have to come out two, or even three times, they don't charge that fee again. The estimate was very reasonable. I was very happy with the work, and the service. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.

  The company name is 100% accurate. Trustworthy, reliable, responsive. They have a great crew and are determined to leave customers happy. Customer service is also excellent. This company is more like a family! They are always friendly and personable. Call trustworthy for all your appliance repair needs!

  Trustworthy has saved the day time and time again! Phenomenal customer service. Trustworthy Appliance went above and beyond to help me and my family.They always present a number of options for repair issues. As well as have used appliances available if the repair cost too much. Extremely knowledgeable company. Very professional.
