  We lived here for 13 months, and as a soon-to-be architect here's what I can tell you: smartly built, even if you have next door neighbors you really don't because a utility hall separates each unit--which also allows the maintenance guy fix water heaters, etc without always having to come into your apartment. You might still hear your down/upstairs neighbors though...and the blower motor in the bathroom the guys did have to come in to replace that (which both were really loud the whole year--hopefully they get new models probably our biggest issue so not so awful). The location with the views is WOW and the plentiful bike trails is top notch Colorado. The maintenance guys are gentleman professionals, the office gals have always been good to us. My partner drives a big work truck full of tools and he was never robbed thank god. The outdoor stairs get icy and Camden is really on top of the salt and shoveling but one time someone didn't do a great job of shoveling and no salt was placed either, my partner slipped hard and fell down the stairs--they weren't greatly responsive to this and didn't aim to do anything about even though I sent detail images and a list on how to fix the problem cheaply, beautifully and for good. I was pretty upset (and still am) but the guys did do a far better job at shoveling after that. Overall I'd say still pretty darn good, the Camden name definitely puts forth effort. Maybe not perfect but at every point you can tell they all care--they are worth the money. I hope they repaint the gym back to calming blues (the yellow and blue is stressful) and get a better recycling facility/plan. Oh, one major thing to mention is of course all buildings settle and just before we moved out our sliding door developed a gap between door and wall and air infiltration began--let the guys know to come fix that so that your heating and cooling bill doesn't go up and also this air contains water that will start to rot the inside of the walls and create contaminated air and structure problems--so let them know asap. And if I had to ask Camden to do something it's start to monitor the roof line and gutters they are looking pretty beat up and again, that lets large droplets develop on the inside of the structure then even bigger more expensive problems are soon to come and will be the beginning of the end. Thanks for a high quality living experience Camden you all are pretty wonderful, I'd live there again.

  The entire team is amazing! Always willing to help with anything. Not only that, Camden Interlocken is located next to Flatirons mall and minutes away from great restaurants. I love living here and definitely recommend this apartment community.

  Camden Interlocken is an amazing community, with the best views throughout all of Broomfield. The office staff is extremely friendly, and is always there to answer any questions. The maintenance staff is also extremely hard-working and will go above and beyond to find a solution for any maintenance issues. Love my life here at Camden Interlocken!

  Andrea is awesome! I called the night before Christmas Eve because I was researching a skincare kit by Mario Badescu and Andrea answered the phone. Not only was she courteous, but she went above and beyond to help me over the phone with any questions I had. She was very sweet and completely genuine. I was amazed at how nice and helpful she was. She went to the back of the store to find the kit I was looking for and even spoke to me about a different option. She spent time making sure that I understood the product and her knowledge about the product was just on point. She held the product for me until the following day when I picked it up in store. I was hoping to speak with her and thank her in person, but she hadn't arrived to her shift yet. Thank you so much, Andrea. You are an asset to Ulta and they are very blessed to have you. Please recognize this woman for her excellent customer service and friendly approach to her customers, especially the night before Christmas Eve! I will definitely be returning to purchase my product there. Again, I can't thank you enough!!!

  Walked into the store and was immediately greeted by a WONDERFUL associate named Sara who helped us find every item on our list . We couldn’t have done it without her ! LOVED the experience! Wish all stores were like this. Thank you Sara for the wonderful treatment !

  Brooklyn cut my hair and she did a wonderful job. She is very personable and I will continue to come back for future haircuts. What I love most is how I can get an appointment in the same day!
