  For the most part my experience has been positive. The location is near work and restaurants, though it can feel unsafe at times in this area of town and the apartment could be updated, everything is clean/working condition. Office staff and neighbors are friendly. I do feel that they went out of their way to make my experience getting into an apartment as easy as possible.

  Conveniently located near several shopping centers, restaurants, and right off major highway. There's a bus that comes right outside of the development and heads towards downtown. Management staff are friendly and resourceful. Community is clean and quiet. There's no microwave in my unit and some of the appliances are a little dated but no big deal. All in all, a great place to stay.

  This past thanksgiving about 25 of my friends got together and used the Clubhouse at Village Square Apartments. Angie Nagel was my contact at the property and she was very helpful. The place was newly remodeled. It was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and easily accessible right off I65 for everyone traveling in from Nothern Indiana and the Indianapolis area. I would highly recommend the Clubhouse for gatherings. Plus Angie was very accommodating with all my questions and she made things very easy.

  I've been living here going 2years now. My rent is affordable, and I have a 3bedrm townhome. The maintenance team is super nice. They come as soon as I put in a maintenance request, their professional, and clean up behind themselves. Angie in the office is AWESOME! She's very polite, and welcoming. She takes care of all the tenants concerns and even our well-being, and safety. Will be renewing my lease for another year!!!!

  Great place to live! Conveniently located, shopping, restaurants all within walking distance. They have great resident appreciation events and amenities.
