    I just purchased a pair of Ray-Ban glasses today and let me just say when I got in there I was greeted by two of the most amazing employees ever, Erin and Ramy. These two had the absolute best customer service I've ever seen they were so friendly and answered all my questions, and I ask alot of questions but that didn't bother them one bit. They went above and beyond to let me try on any pair I wanted, also showed me quite a few other pairs of glasses to help me decide on which pair would work best for me. They kept the store very clean and sanitized and sanitized every pair I tried on, and you can't be too careful these days with covid so I appreciated that aswell. Because of their outstanding customer service I decided to purchase my new rayban sunglasses and now that I know they truly care about their customers I will be spending alot more money in that store. Those two truly deserve a raise and at the very least some recognition from their supervisors for their outstanding customer service and performance at their job, they are true professionals in the customer service field and I believe employees like them really help a business to thrive because they make the customer feel important. Thank you two for giving me great service you guys are awesome!!

    I rhink the guy who helped me was Alex. I never remember names but he did a great job whether that's his name or not. Terrible start to a review.

    He not only helped pick some glasses that looked awesome, he gave me details on the Maui Jim lenses I didn't know.

    He also wrote down the name of the shades I chose and told me about their frames as well. It was a qyick educational experience and he answered all my questions.

    He went above and beyond in writing the names of the shades down as well because I had 260 comp points at Thunder Valley where I could buy the glasses.

    Altgough TV didn't have the model I wanted, it was great of him to do all that even though he wasn't wxpecting a sale from me.

    Cheryl Reed was a very cordial & personable salesperson. Very helpful & I would ask for her assistance next time I'm in the store. And she's the reason we bought our new furniture from Kittle's!
