“This mobile home community has been in new ownership since 2018 and new management since 2020; and since then we have removed all the riff-raff from the community, we have consistently cleaned up the exterior of the community, we have trained all the tenants to cut their grass regularly and keep their yards/porches clean, we have consistenly disciplined violators, and we do background checks on all applicants who want to move in. Comparing how this mobile home community was in 2018 to how this place looks and is operating now is a night and day difference in the right direction. We aren't perfect but we have greatly improved and are continuing to improve. We will continue to strive to make/keep this place a safe, peaceful, and clean place for our residents.”
