Cates truly places the interests of their customers over their own! They are a family.
We just picked up our car, and where most shops would have replaced the entire problem assembly, Cate suggested repairing only a component, thus saving nearly $800!!
I appreciate their integrity, as well as the sincere care received from all the office and shop staff!

I have trust in them. The Cates family are honest, sincere , and friendly. We have done business when our cars needed body work, tires and servicing. I also have taken my family members car there when mechanical problems required diagnostic checks. I am glad that I can still get honest personal service. I recommend them without question.

I am always happy with them, since my family always goes there. I went to get air put in a tire, and it was done within 5 minutes.
UPDATE:. March 29, 2022- They still provide the same great customer service. I went there to get paint removed that had rubbed off onto my car, and it was done in 15-20 minutes.
