Been to a lot of physical therapy places as I'm uncannily ungraceful and I wish I had know about the talented staff and therapists at Peak Performance a long time ago.
Having discovered an insane issue with my neck, it's also found to be a problem talking about and having a productive conversation. I don't have that problem at Peak, Sean might be a walking encyclopedia of the human body. Lyndsey, another therapist I worked with, made any bad day work out. She either knew when to make me laugh, have me slow down or when the plan needed adjusted to cater to my difficulties. Her and Sean both made my whole experience feel less like being in the squared circle and more like friends helping me through pain.
When it comes to the contact and insurance mess, be thankful for Jen. Not only does she do all that but she's the bright sunny face you see upon walking in. I liked being able to have a quick chat with her at each session, always so fun and surprising.
