The tellers are always really nice, they always have really good drinks/ coffee in the lobby, and there's no fees for the checking account. I over drafted once and after calling, they refunded my fee, which Chase would NEVER do. ”

She was super friendly and patient, even when we couldnt access account information on cell phone and then her computer. Was there for about an hour and 15 minutes but she made it feel less than that. I myself never go into a branch anymore but she helped make the experience an enjoyable one.”
