“I don’t know where to begin with this purchase. Robert was the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Very personal, upfront, honest, and looked for my best interest in buying a car. I bought a 2011 Ford explore. I also traded in a vehicle, which they gave me $1500 more than any other dealership. They gave me the payment I wanted, and then a great extended warranty as well. Once I got home, I noticed there was a few things wrong with the vehicle that I had just purchased. I called them up the next day. They fixed my AC, all my TPMS sensors, and replaced all wheel bearings on the car. The customer service was absolutely unreal. Five stars is not enough for this company. “Absolutely hands down the most honest people I have dealt with. I unfortunately purchased a camper from an individual and wanted to get it winterized and looked over so I took it to Knotts. Once they had a chance to look it over the owner (Tim) called me and politely explained that this camper had some major issues. As he explained it all to me I realized that I had just wasted a large amount of money on a used camper. I paid them to make some repairs so that I with a good conscious could resell to someone that was looking to get a used camper that needed work. Not only did Tim apologize for what we went through he offered to help me by letting it sit on his lot for sale. This was huge for me as I travel a lot for my job and selling it on my own was not going to be easy. Tim was able to get customers that I would not have ever reached. My camper sold within 2 weeks. Tim and his staff were great to work with through this. He even called me on the weekends and was really just a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to go here for service or for a purchase.”

“I feel like I do not share good reviews enough and am always quick to review when we receive bad service. I wanted to be sure to give the people at Control Tech a good review. Our heat went out back in February when I was about 3 days away from my due date with our first child. It was freezing cold outside and we needed heat stat. Control Tech was able to get us in the next day and got our heat running that night. Then when the heat wave came in June we found our AC was not cooling properly, we had to go through the weekend with a hot house but they were able to come out the Monday I called to get it fixed for us. We now have a happy household and everyone is sleeping more comfortably including out almost 4 month old. So happy with our choice to have our 20 year old HVAC replaced by Control Tech and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you!”
