“Recently purchased a Hisun 250 Sector for my daughter and on the first weekend riding, we had a small issue! As with all sxs brands, the skid plates are cheap and easily bend or break. Hisun is no different and installs plastic skid plates. I don’t fault them for our issue but wish all manufacturers would protect the undersides better. The kids hit something that peeled it back which then allowed a stick, stump, rock or whatever to puncture the rubber radiator hose. The coolant system air locked and overheated and we were dead in the woods! Now comes the reasoning for my 5 star review and purpose for providing feedback. It was Saturday evening and I knew they were closed, yet I tried a Facebook message, hoping they might see it and be able to call before the weekend was out. They did one better, they texted me through the repair of the hose and bleeding the coolant system free of air and we were back to riding within a few hours. Best of all, my daughter and her friend got to continue burning through tank after tank of gas all weekend, laughing and smiling the entire time. I truly appreciate your help during after hours when you didn’t “have to”. Thank you again!! Seeing the girls eyes light up after it was running again was priceless.”

“As someone with basic auto repair knowledge, this is THE only place I trust for my auto repair needs. I recommend them to anyone with car trouble. I've taken my truck there a couple times and the tech honestly told me that I didn't need brake service or a transmission flush despite hitting high miles. Hell, they even jumped a dying battery for me for free last minute because it took less than a few minutes to do it. I lived in an apartment at the time and wasn't in the mood to do my own service without my shop equipment - i went to the dealership for a recall service and they acted like my brakes were terrible and suggested a million other things to do. When I bought a house and finally had a chance to look at own brakes in a garage I confirmed that my brake pads and lines were still in great shape. I've trusted A&J to do some work on my alternator and rear differential fluids and will continue to trust them to other work. I praise them as much as I can to my friends and hope to be a lifelong customer.”
