“Yesterday I was needing assistance to find a specific product in the cosmetics department at the Houston Levee store. The consultant, Nita Corbin, was so very helpful. She stopped what she was doing a helped me until we found it and she couldn’t have been nicer about it. She even gave me a complimentary bag of coupons and samples. In today’s shopping experiences, we can barely find an employee that will even make eye contact with us. Nita was a breath of fresh air in the world of “service with a smile” and I truly appreciated her efforts.”

“It is awkward having to seek medical attention for foot fungus. Dr. Blackmer and his staff, Jenny and Bree made me feel completely at ease and comfortable in his office. On follow-up visits, they remembered me, my name, and previous office visits. If your feet are ugly from athletes foot, ingrown nails, etc. and you are embarrassed to go to a doctor, wait no longer. They have seen everything there and they want to help you find relief. I strongly recommend Dr. Blackmers office.”

“I give this location 5 stars because of Susie she is so Customer friendly and greets everyone the same way no matter how her day has been. Know Jerry the manager that came from your Berry and Wayne Street store is not customer friendly he is rude and when he opens at 6 and doesn't have another employee coming in till 9 sh will not keep coffee made and when I said something to him he said he had more important things he had to do. I miss Annette and the guy after her. Again Susie kinda took over when Brenda left to go to the New Haven store. Brenda was awesome too. She passed away to young sad.”

“Conveniently located for locals. They are a "step up" from the typical gas station/convenience store as they offer a light, but fairly decent grocery selection include foods like eggs, milk, cheese, and more. They also have some pet foods. You'll pay a little bit more for some stuff, but it's not total highway robbery, the small upcharge will typically be worth it to most people instead of driving and standing in line at the nearest grocery store. However, I must say this, their staff has ALWAYS been friendly and helpful. They also make some hot foods like sandwiches and pizza and they have a variety of coffee selections which I have found tasty and hot every time.”

“Fast and easy location. Does not accept Apple Pay but all other amenities of shell Gas Stations are here. Inside they had Sherman Street Chicken and patrons says the taste is amazing. Filled up tank and was in and out within 5 minutes. Knowledgeable staff as well. Check the prices at this station before you shop any close by stations. Prices are always the lowest in the area.”

“24 hour gas station with plenty of selection in the Convenience Store. The staff is friendly, and very helpful. A good example of this would be when I went to pump gas after I had prepaid for it inside, and the pump I was at malfunctioned part way through the fill-up. The staff member directed me to another pump where the rest of my prepaid gas was then dispensed, but it took some know-how and some time to do so. She apologized frequently and even offered me a free fountain drink for the wait. Very sweet and helpful.”
