As a former international sport taekwondo athlete with hip dysplasia, I suffered from advanced stage osteoarthritis in both hips; I also have disc herniations my back. When conservative treatments failed for the excruciating back pain that was deemed not severe enough for surgery, she suggested taking a look at my hips; lo and behold, both were ready for total hip arthroplasties. I had my left hip replaced in October 2016 and my right one at the end of January 2019. In 2018, I was able to complete a half marathon and a 10k after a 2 year training hiatus prior to my first surgery. In addition to the taekwondo, running is my passion, and Dr. Paul has gifted me with the health and ability to be able to enjoy it again. Furthermore, I highly recommend her for extraordinary physical and rehabilitative medical care.”

“Dr. Kelley is so fantastic, and so is the staff! So patient, great calm demeanor. The first time my baby was sick, I called in to make an appointment, but he was off that day, so we were going to see a nurse practitioner. He happened to stop in the office that day and saw our scheduled appointment. He personally called me, told me what to do and even answered a question about a rash. It was wonderful that he spared us the visit and the bill, but mostly it was so reassuring how much he cared and took the time to make that call.”

“While I agree with a previous review that Dr. Desai is terrible (she told me that my tonsils were swollen... but I had them removed when I was a child), the other doctors are quite decent. Dr. Tanney is my favorite. He is a very gentle, knowledgeable, kind doctor. He listens to your concerns and thinks over a prognoses before assigning one. He has no reservations about referring you to a specialist if one is warranted. I have been under his care since I was a child and will continue to see him as well as take my family to his practice. In case you were wondering, the facility is decent and clean and typical of a Northshore office. The clinical staff is acceptable as well. Not that I have low expectations, but I figure, as long as they know what they're doing and are good at it (unlike Dr. Desai), I don't need to be impressed with people's level of perky or friendliness or the cutting edge-ness of a waiting room. Bottom line - Dr. Tanney won't let you die... I can attest to this. The office and staff are acceptable. I will continue to visit this practice and hope you will too.”

“Dr Burch is absolutely amazing. She truly takes the time to know her on patients and listen to questions and concerns. She never makes you feel like you are being forced to do what she says just because she's a doctor. Knowing that I preferred natural remedies pharmaceuticals, she always gave them as a starting point alongside medications, and gave me straight answers on sideeffects and pro vs cons. Though I was scheduled for a repeat csection, I ended up with an emergency C-section that was literally life or death for my child and myself, and Dr Burch made it to the hospital across town in time to assist. She said after and explained everything that was/had happened and even went out of her way that evening to not only check on myself and mychild (who was in NICU), but to also get answers for what happened. Then came to my room in person the next morning to round on me herself & check in on my child again-- even though someone from her practice was rounding for her that morning and she had patients to see at her office when it opened. I could not have asked for a better OB through my pregnancy & definitely not through the tramatic way it ended. A doctor like her is very rare in today's world, and even rarer that she is so young!”
